No. We are an import service. Products shown here are examples of what we source regularly - send an inquiry and we will quote based on your quantity and specification.

It depends on the factory. Many items start from one carton; custom or private-label products usually need larger quantities. We can also consolidate small orders from different suppliers.

Yes. We collect samples from shortlisted suppliers and send them to Bangladesh by express, usually within 7–12 days.

Our pre-shipment inspection catches most problems while the goods are still at the factory, so the supplier can rework or replace them before you pay the balance.

Sea freight to Chittagong usually takes 20–35 days, air cargo to Dhaka 5–8 days and express door-to-door 8–12 days, plus production time.

Commercial imports normally require an Import Registration Certificate (IRC). If you do not have one, our door-to-door service may be an option for eligible goods - ask us.

The importer pays duties and taxes at clearance. With our DDP option they are included in one price agreed before shipping.

Larger orders are usually paid by LC or bank TT from your bank. For small orders we can pay the supplier on your behalf. We never ask you to pay an unverified supplier.
